Items will be delivered to the Front door / Garage or Ground floor only. 

Our delivery drivers are not permitted to carry the item upstairs or downstairs as they would not be covered by their employer's OH&S guidelines.


The base delivery price is 20 dollar, for every kilometer distance from our warehouse (150km limited, if over 150km please contact our officer: Angela - 07 3282 3715) will add 2 dollars more.


For Delivery not around Brisbane/Gold Coast/Sunshine Coast Area. We use Toll, all shipping costs will be auto-calculated during checkout. 

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. 

The total shipping time normally takes about 2-5 business days, depends on the distance.
